		<description>I am sure this project will be a success because it is based on a need. Actually, the distribution should start with primary schools. An bservation: Although we say  English is official, Chichewa is becoming more and more official. I liken Malawi with Mocambigue which was a Portuguse colony while in actual sense it would have been on similar level with Zambia, Nigeria, Zimbabwe(British colonies)in terms of spoken English. Dr Paas is right, Eglish is a big barrier.</description>

		<description>Free Dictionaries for Pupils in Malawi and in other parts of Chewa/ Nyanja speaking Africa is really good initiative but I would urge if the rural schools are highly involved in this whole  exercise as these are the ones who are most of  times at a disadvantage.</description>
