its a start, though i am not sure those steps will do much to curb the tide.
a 5 year mortgage? funding for research? salaries may be up to par with those in the sub-region but the cost of living in Zambia wipes that out. my other issue as with all the things Govt says is, i understand the points, but they r too vague, how r they going to implement them. the devil is in the details.

That’s a great leap in the right direction. Where was that thinking in Zambia 20 years ago? At least South Africa is doing it right too.

Nicole is right. Unless govts work towards a better life in all areas brain drain will never be defeated.
