		<description>Oh my god I have been talking about this for ages! That the current forms of aid simply do not work, and something has to be done to create and support internal economies.

Build from the ground up. 

The problem of corrupt government will still remain though, no idea what is to be done about that and there will be no lasting solution while the status quo remains.

I agree that it&#039;s easy for outsiders to see the numbers and not be impressed, even though the numbers require the proper inside perspective to appreciate.</description>
